About Enrique

Twenty years of experience as an environmental lawyer, with over $7.5 billion in environmental and sectoral assessments for more than 15 infrastructure projects and over $1 billion in financing transactions for another six projects. He served as legal director of the Pascua-Lama Project, environmental and property tax assessment for the Cardones-Polpaico Electric Transmission Line, and as litigator in the State Defense Council case against Celulosa Arauco. He is the author of several publications on environmental and regulatory matters. He is a founding partner of Araya-Oyarzun.
